Our cancelation policy requires 24H or more notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This is to be fair to the practitioners time and give the clinic enough time to try and fill the empty slot.
Unfortunately if less than 24H notice is given, a penalty fee of $50, regardless of your appointment type (excluding Surgery) will be added to your account
