Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), and is the assessment and manipulation of soft tissues and joints of the body to treat and prevent physical discomfort. A variety of techniques are used with the intent of reducing pain and discomfort, as well as improving tissue health, increase function, and prevent and reduce stress or tension. Massage therapy can benefit people of all ages and can be an integral part of treatment for almost any condition.
